A Strategy towards Sustainable Development in Private Banking Sector of Karachi, Pakistan

This research highlights the significance of Talent Management and Technology in the context Private Banking sector in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It highlights how serious human resource functions, such as hiring, retaining, and developing employees, are for gaining a competitive advantage. The study explores key concepts such as Talent Management and Selection Centric, illustrating their significant impact on Performance expectancy& Effort expectancy, and Technology & Innovation. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire technique was used to gather data, involving personal and online interactions with respondents to confirm comprehensive data gathering. The research emphasizes a quantitative approach and lines up with the research objectives. The target population includes the Private Banking sector in Karachi, with an expected sample size of 100 to 200 respondents, as recommended by established statistical guidelines. This study thoroughly evaluated the relations among Performance expectancy and effort expectancy (PEEE), Technology and Innovation (T-I), Selection Centric (SC), and Talent Management (TA) within Karachi's private Banking sector using SPSS and Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0. The findings underscore the important positive impact of TA on both PEEE and T-I, and the substantial influence of PEEE on SC and T-I, indicating that supportive and psychologically inspiring Technology and Innovation are critical for fostering Performance and effort expectancy. However, the direct relationship between SC and PEEE and T-I was not substantial, signifying the presence of more complex or mediating factors.
